To host and make the most of a local church watch party:
- Register as a “Local Church Watch Party” (not as individuals). The price is $240
- This is a price per local church, if there are multiple churches joining, each church is required to pay the watch party feel. There is no limit to how many people can attend per church.
- Arrange for someone to lead your local watch party, ensuring everything is ready to go at the start, keeping the schedule on track, and initiating times of prayer and conversation during the day.
- Meet somewhere relaxed, comfortable, and away from other distractions.
- Arrange for good catering so you can enjoy morning tea together. Your time-zone will determine what meals/snacks you need to provide.
- Make sure you have a good sized TV or a screen and projector, and an excellent wifi connection. Good audio is very important for this.
- We do plan to have the stream start so you can test audio and visual fifteen minutes prior to the start time in your time zone.
- Consider allowing additional time, before or after the hours of the Why event, so as to have more opportunity to talk and pray together.
