Reformed Theological College (RTC) is seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Manager to oversee its business operations. Reporting to the Principal and working closely with the Board, this is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for finance, HR, IT, property, facilities, and administration. Leading a small team of up to five, you will ensure RTC’s resources are managed with integrity, vision, efficiency, and strong stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational planning, budgeting, and financial management.
- Oversee HR, administration, IT, contracted services and property operations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support governance and compliance, providing sound advice to the Principal and Board.
- Contribute to events, marketing, and student accommodation oversight.
About You
- A professing Christian in good standing with a member denomination of RTC, or of a church of like faith.
- Tertiary business qualifications and proven expertise in financial and operational leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, teamworking and relationship-building skills.
